What comes with a typical yacht rental?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. Inclusions differ as per service type — evening cruises come with gourmet snacks, while business charters offer meeting facilities and professional catering options.
When should I make my reservation?
We advise reserving your spot a minimum of 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly through the busy period (May–September). For business functions or private gatherings, booking 4–6 weeks prior allows for improved availability and time to customize your experience.
What do we do if the weather is bad?
Our foremost concern is safety. If our captain deems the weather unsafe, we'll propose an alternate date or provide a complete refund. We keep an eye on the weather and will alert you if the forecast looks uncertain 24 hours ahead of your planned departure.
May I bring my own refreshments and food?
Certainly, you're allowed to bring your own food and drinks. We also offer excellent custom catering services. Do note, for safety reasons, glass containers are not permitted on board.
Do you accommodate guests with mobility impairments?
We aim to welcome all guests aboard. Some yachts are more equipped for guests with mobility challenges than others. It's best to contact us regarding your specific requirements when booking, so we can recommend the most suitable yacht and make any necessary preparations.
What's your policy on cancellations?
If you cancel 72 hours or more ahead of departure, you'll get a full refund. Those canceling between 24–72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours do not qualify for a refund, barring weather-induced issues or mechanical failures on our end.
